Shipping Policy

ATTENTION!!!!!  In an effort to stop porch piracy and mis-delivered packages, we require signature at delivery on ALL higher value orders (over $500USD).  BTS Racing is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that show a delivery scan.

Shipping is $11.95 for all orders and shipped using UPS, Fed Ex and USPS with tracking numbers. This excludes freight on large item (i.e. engines, transmissions), and custom emailed invoicing. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM PST. BTS Racing is not responsible for late delivery refunds unless "Next Day Air" service is used.   Any issues with missing or damaged products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.  After which, we are not responsible.

Effective April 2021, UPS will not guarantee delivery dates on any services other than Next day air(https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page).

International
Customers are responsible for paying all duties / customs on all orders.  Refused packages are subject to restocking fees.
